Thank you for helping us with the charter of La Finale and Dea del Mare. We had very memorable 6 days , enjoyed the beautiful scenery, crystal clear water , swimming and all the gadgets on the boats. From our first moment on board when we were shown around the bedrooms, bathrooms, dining area and so on I knew I would be having a once in a lifetime experience. The polished wood, the royal blue shade cloths and sunbathing areas all added to the feeling of luxury during our two weeks saling the stunning turkish waters and visiting the beautiful bays and sea side villages and ports along the coast. Every little wish of ours was immediately considered and acted upon by the crew and the Captain made sure every single day of a new view and always the best place to moor to please us. This included the use of the air conditioning at night which in late August was absolutely necessary and something we had been worrying about, though without any fuss our nights were as cool as we wanted by having the aircon on, thanks for that! The food was excellent, never boring, always very delicious and always served with grace and professionalism by the crew. The rooms were kept spotlessly clean, the whole boat for that matter washed down and scrubbed regularly and if there was the smallest problem in a bathroom for example it was dealt with immediately. We all felt that the two weeks was very good value for money and I would not hesitate to recommend your company to all of my friends.

The vacaction was a total success. Everything happened so smoothly and all 15 crew members returned home with a big smile on their face.
We made a major mistake, we should have booked for 2 weeks instead of one because no one really wanted to leave the boat on the last day.

We had a really awesome time sailing again in Turkey and will definitely be back next year!
The yacht my brother hired was very impressive – spacious, easy to sail and everything was in good working order. It was neat, very clean and the linen smelt divine! The hand-over was quick and effortless – also on return to port – all was handled very professionally. Your staff are friendly and helpful. It was a nice touch to have the mobile phone in case of emergency (which fortunately we never had to use).
Just a few small things which may further improve guests experience: -
It would have been great to have some dish sponges/ washing up cloths for washing dishes and also washing up liquid. As most of your guests come from other countries, these kind of groceries items are such a waste to purchase and not usually included in our food shop.
The pillows were quite uncomfortable – very hard. I only became use to it towards the end of the trip. ‘Softer’ feather-down type or similar would be more suitable – we had these on the yacht we hired last year from a different charter company.
Perhaps also to include swimming towels – even as an extra option to guests to pre-order/ pay for and have on the yacht on arrival.
